The breakfast here is a great choice with superb food, and the rooms are updated and modern.

The staff were all very nice. We booked a studio but ended up with a 1 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise,even though we didnt have a view of the ocean which is what we had hoped for. The pools were very nice and clean. We never had any trouble finding lounge chairs at the pools or the beach. The grounds were clean and well taken care of. There was construction going on, as they are remodeling rooms and building a new lobby building, but this was never bothersome to us at all.

We were hoping for an oceanview room but were told at check in that there were none available even though I requested one when booking the room. Also there were a few mornings when housekeeping tried to come in our room even though we had the privacy sign on the door.

I liked the room and the bathroom very much, recently renovated, very clean, nice and comfortable. The hotel has different pools and spas you can enjoy. The hotel staff in general was very friendly. Especially Fray, one of the club car drivers, he is very customer friendly and very service minded.

If you plan to go on shopping, visit other areas or explore the island I would recommend renting a car.

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and ocean and loved the view from my room. The golf course was beautiful. The people of Aruba are wonderful and the amenities that are offered between this Divi Resort and the adjacent Divi Resorts, available by frequent shuttle, are excellent.

Some of the adjacent Divi Resorts are all inclusive, so if you wanted to buy a drink after a spa day you would have to go back to your resort because they did not accept cash, only wristbands.

The king suite here was modern and comfortable, making our vacation stay amazing and we're looking forward to returning.

The buildings and facilities are great. Our room distribution and location was nice, with the kitchenette included and extra bed for our girl, really great room. The beach is so pleasant too. It is a real pitty the have so many problems with staff and services. The Mulligan`s sport restaurant (at golf field) was really good, food was great and attention and service quite nice too (so different to the hotel). Beside the beautiful view.

As I said... It is a pitty such a beautiful place with so bad staff, maintenance and cleaning problems and no internet. The cleaning was awful, the dish ware and all kitchen appliances were not really clean when we got there; also were incomplete; I suggest to make the inventory immediately when you get to the room. If you wear socks be ready to have them black... the floor is dirty, dirty, dirty. They ask to sign a form when you check in including the time for cleaning service, but they don´t use it, and early in the morning they break into your room awakening you. Every question you ask to customer service is answer with "yes" and "no". They don`t help at all. WI-FI? it DOES NOT EXIST. And It cost $15 per day as they say in the reservation (no surprise). But, even if you want to pay it, there is no net available, at least in our room (8302) and our building. We ask several times for it, always was "on maintenance"or "we are having problems" but it NEVER WORKED (5 days). Big mistake for a hotel nowadays. NO INTERNET. Be sure to get fresh pool towels every time you can, because specially in the morning they don`t have. We were taking a shower and the water just disappeared... Oh! they forgot to advice they will have a maintenance that afternoon, can you imagine have your girl full of shampoo and suddenly NO WATER. We waited for 20 minutes; after our claim, they put the advice to the other rooms... The food at the pool restaurant is HORRIBLE, full of fat and really bad, the piña colada taste to nothing and the lemonade was rotten. Besides that, the service, again, terrible; you must walk to the ladies (who are watching TV) to ask for almost everything including the check. The iguanas are great, but, they make pupu everywhere and you can be swimming with iguana pupu next to you... The chairs on the beach are pretty bad, you have to look for a good ones in a tower of chairs (several are broken).

The Hotel is operating with an important remodeling at the time we stayed.

Large facility and parking lot. Though not cheap it was the best available price I could find during the high ''easter time" season.

Big reception counter but only one clerk and a relatively long waiting line at the time of my check-out. Bed was made but room had not been cleaned.

the location was particularly good, near the gorgeous turquoise Caribbean ocean. My room was new-fashioned and stocked with pool views. 3. the meal served at the casual restaurant was great.

The staff were genuinely friendly. the location was good on a happy friendly island. - the staff provided good service and helped us with tickets. - the venue was close to the Restaurant under Windows for a late night drink, Aruba in the future, and beach and Golf Course.

The hotel is ideal with very clean pool and wonderful location on several islands. Brand-new room, very comfy beds and genuinely friendly staff at the reception desk and the concierge desk. Location adjacent to the grocery store and a beautiful and calm beach and casino and food. Good choice of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
